Web & MobileShare Accountz
A web and mobile app for sharing bank accounts and social handles from one profile, with a dashboard, QR code, and one-click share link.

The Product
About the Web & Mobile App
Share Accountz is a web and mobile application for sharing bank accounts and social media handles from a single profile. The product was developed in 2023 as a Computing Yard product for business and finance use.
The landing copy frames the problem simply: bank accounts and social handles live in different places, and sharing them means repeating details. Share Accountz puts those accounts in one profile so they can be shared in one click, by profile link, or by scanning a QR code.
The product experience covers a landing page, sign up, log in, a dashboard for added accounts, screens to add bank and social details, and a QR screen for instant profile access. The dashboard includes a profile link with Preview and Share Link actions, search, and a list of linked accounts.
The development stack shown for the project is Next.js, React Native, AWS, Mixpanel, and Heroku. No live site URL is included in this case study.

Objectives
Project Goals
Share bank details from one place
Give users a single profile for bank account information instead of sending details one account at a time.
Keep social handles with the same profile
Let social media details live alongside bank accounts so both can be shared together.
Make sharing work on web and mobile
Offer the same sharing flow on the web dashboard and the mobile app, including a profile link and QR code.
Keep onboarding and sharing simple
Use a clear landing page, sign up, log in, and dashboard so adding and sharing accounts stays straightforward.
Mobile
On the phone
The mobile experience, shown in phone frames so the app layout stays clear.

Challenges
Project Challenges
Bank and social details in one profile: The product had to hold two different kinds of information—bank accounts and social handles—in a single shareable profile without making the dashboard hard to scan.
A consistent web and mobile experience: Landing, onboarding, and account management needed to feel like one product across a web dashboard and a mobile app.
Sharing financial details without extra friction: Users needed a way to give someone their account details without typing numbers, IBANs, and social handles into a chat each time.
A dashboard that stays easy to use: Search, added accounts, a profile link, and QR access had to sit in one home view without burying the share action.
Process
Our Approach
- 01
Discovery and planning
The work started from the sharing problem shown on the landing page: keep bank accounts and social handles in one place, then share that profile in one click.
- 02
UI and UX design
Screens were designed around a green-and-white interface: a public landing page, split-pane sign up, mobile log in, a sidebar dashboard, add-account forms, and a QR profile view.
- 03
Web and mobile development
The product was built as a web and mobile application using Next.js, React Native, AWS, Mixpanel, and Heroku, matching the stack documented for the project.
- 04
Testing and refinement
Auth, dashboard, add-account, and sharing flows were refined so moving from sign up to a shareable profile stayed clear on both web and mobile.
- 05
Delivery
The result is a combined web and mobile product with a centralized profile, share link, and QR code—without a live site listed on this case study.
